Our girls sure have loved summer and riding their bikes!

Camping - After Pioneer Day, we went camping east of town with some friends: Kendra, Camby, and Weston Reynolds. We got dirty but had fun!

I thought this looked fun, so I decided to try it! :)

1. As you comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember.

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Half Marathon and Myers Reunion

BRYCE CANYON HALF MARATHON (13 MILES)

We all made it! Jeep, Dad, Kiana, Kaitlin, Dalaki, Heidi (my sister-in-law), and I all ran in the Bryce Canyon Half Marathon. It was such a rewarding experience. Jeep and I stayed in Panguitch the night before with his brother Josh (who ran the 5k) and his family. A big thanks to Grandma Nedra and Daezia for babysitting during the race. Also, thanks to my dad, who drew up our workouts, and my husband and sisters, who ran with me so many miles. I felt GREAT! I went slow and didn't push it too much until the last three miles. What a great feeling! I was truly blessed with the health and strength to make it, and I'm so grateful!

MYERS REUNION (IN MINERSVILLE, UTAH)

We rushed home from the race to go and see loved family members at the Myers Reunion. It was great to visit and catch up with everyone! Here are some pictures!

Cruise to the Western Caribbean

First of all, we had soooo much fun! The food was great. There was so much to do, and the scenery was incredibly beautiful! Of course, we missed the kids and were ready to come home, but we're so glad we went.

Ports: Our first port was in Progreso, Mexico, on the Yucatan Peninsula. We saw ancient Mayan ruins called Dzubichaltun, which means "writing on the tablets." Also, there we saw the "Temple of the Dolls," which they built specifically for solstices and equinoxes (the sun would shine through the windows these four times a year). So cool!

Our second port was Cozumel, Mexico, which is a beautiful island full of fun. We had so much fun going on a Plexiglas kayak and snorkeling. Ocean-viewing is awesome, and we even saw a starfish, stingray, and sea cave - just to name a few. We also enjoyed shopping here. (I wish I could have bought more, but Jeep kept me under control. No complaints, though, because we were able to go on a cruise due to his budgeting skills).

The ship itself was cool. In the front, there were 11 floors. Plus, it held 2,000 passengers and 1,000 crew members. There were three restaurants, three pools, a few bars, a theater (with great live shows), mini-golf, a running track, a fitness center, stores, pictures, and so much more!

We really want to go back in a few years; it really was so fun and relaxing!

She told us great stories and made us some REALLY good food.

It was a great day, so we decided to go to the park!

Jeep and Nisha Spaulding & Family

We are new to blogging but are very excited to be able to update friends and family!

We are doing well and keeping busy in our home town.

Jeep and Nisha - We are busily trying to build onto our house. We're getting bids on a new kitchen and family room to extend to the north of our house. We are also leaving on a CRUISE this coming week to the Western Caribbean! Life is good for us as we enjoy being married for six years now!

Kinley - She is five and so fun, cute, and smart. She finished up pre-school and can't wait to go to kindergarten. We really appreciate all of her help as an older sister. She is really loving summer - especially swimming and sleepovers!

Tayleah - She is a fun and strong-willed two-year-old. She likes things her way. She's really cute and talks A LOT. Plus, she's working on potty training but is not consistent at all. She also likes swimming and dressing up to look "pwetty."

Trexton - He was born on February 21, 2008, so that makes him four months now. Wow, the time flies. He is so adorable as he "talks," rolls over, and smiles to all who give him attention. He is a sweet baby, and we are thankful for him.
