Dream Come True

This is a wonderful but challenging post to write about.  Words cannot fully express my feelings... but I'll try.

Ever since I was little, I've been wishing...  I have wished for various things my little heart has desired.  And I feel so very blessed and lucky that most of these wishes have come true.  In the early 80's, I wished for a sister - now I have 5!  In the early 90's, I wished for a great husband in the future - now I have Jeep.  And always, I have wished for an eternal family.  It would be nice if 31-year-old Nish could go back and comfort teen-age Nish and college-age Nish and tell her that her wish would finally come true!  My parents and siblings were sealed together last week in the St. George Temple!  It was such a blessed and wonderful day - one I know I'll never forget!

In the morning, Kiana and Dalaki took out their endowments.  It couldn't have been lovelier.  Then, we all went to eat lunch together at the Brick Oven (YUM).  We shopped and milled around until the evening when the whole family gathered back at the temple.

I was already feeling overwhelmed with happiness; plus, I was already teary.  The sealer asked my parents and all their children to look into the mirrors in the sealing room.  I lost it.  I had waited so very long for this day.  It was wonderful to look and see all my brown siblings and my parents dressed in white - almost as if we were glowing.  Well, I guess we kind of were glowing with happiness.  I don't know if I've ever felt so much love in my whole life.  I am so thankful for temples, my Heavenly Father, my Savior, my strong mom, my incredible dad, my awesome siblings and in-laws, all the loved ones who have helped us (especially those who could come) and also Jeep.  WHAT A WONDERFUL DAY!

Here are some great pics of the day - also, a BIG THANKS to Daezia, MahLee, and Nikhia for watching the kids and taking some pictures :)
