One C-R-A-Z-Y Night!

A couple of Fridays ago, some of us older tribe members got invited to a birthday dinner in Mesquite. It took a little convincing for Jeep, but we finally decided to go. What an unforgettable night!

Happy Birthday to Abby! The Carter sisters and Livingston sisters after a yummy dinner. (We each have a twin in the other family - it's kind of hilarious). Then, Jeep and I at the Casablanca

Then, our family decided to go bowling! It had been a while. Here are mom and Kiana.

Dalaki and Kaitlin

Jeep and Dad - he was too full to bowl :)

Jeep got 4 strikes in a row!! It was also the first time EVER in Jeep and Nisha history that he beat me in bowling - I was even happy for him :)

Up next, we hit the arcade! My siblings accrued over 1,000 tickets!!! It was a childhood dream come true for them to spend their tickets on whatever they wanted (No, not on one big thing but a whole bunch of little prizes). They even shared with me :)

Flat tire #1 - just after St. George

Flat tire #2 - just before the rest stop about 15 miles outside of Cedar

I wish there were more pictures of us laughing because we did that A LOT throughout the whole night. Also, thank goodness for Aunt Rhonda, who came to rescue us after flat tire #2 (at 2:00 a.m.)! It was fun and memorable for sure!

Tubing

A few weeks ago, we went tubing with some cousins. The kids had such a blast - we really need to do it more often. Trex was fun to watch. He'd tube or sled down with Daez and run back up each time to go again - he never stopped.

It was so cold, so Kam watched from the car :) He didn't seem to mind

My boys...

I wish I were always full of gratitude and thankful for all I have, but I get busy and distracted sometimes. Then, I get slapped in the face with how blessed I am. Yesterday was one of those days. My girls (who I also love very much) were gone to school, and I was overcome with gratitude for my sweet boys. They rely on me so much, but that's okay because they give so much love in return. Plus, they are so fun. My heart is full of love for these handsome boys!

Christmas

On Christmas Eve, we had our annual family dinner - YUM!

Kait's idea: we had something that started with each of the letters of CHRISTMAS DINNER. ie. Corn for "C", Ham for "H", Rolls for "R"... you get the idea :)

Christmas Eve - sisters and brothers pics

Then, the kids acted out the Nativity, while Jeep narrated from the bible. (I love this tradition!)
Samuel the Lamanite (telling of Christ's birth)
Joseph (Trex) and Mary (Kaydeh)
The shepherds (Kiana and MahLee)
The wisemen (Kinley, Kaitlin, and Daezia)
Angel Tay
Kam was baby Jesus - who wouldn't hold still for a decent picture :)

CHRISTMAS DAY WAS AMAZING!
My parents pretty much spoiled us... I got a Kitchen Aid, and Jeep got a shot gun

Kin with Kaydeh and her new iPod, Tay with her puppy and Jeep, Trex with his Thomas train, and cute Kam :)

Overall, we had a very wonderful Christmas! We had giving, getting, the Spirit, laughter, tears, and great times. I'm so thankful for our Savior, that He came to Earth, that we celebrate His birthday, and that He loves us so much!

Our Cheerios

Kaydeh, Kinley and Tayleah are cheering again this year. They love it, and aren't they so cute?
