November 2017

  • "Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it." Here is an update on our thankful month!

Kinley got to attend a media conference in Salt Lake with Sage R. and Aliza W.  Jeep was one of the chaperones also.
I stayed with the trick-or-treating kids on Halloween (when Jeep and Kinley helped at the Open House), but I did get to go over two days later and be an usher.  It was my first experience in our new, much closer temple.  It was beautiful!
Tay on Pajama Day on Red Ribbon Week!
Kam and Trex on Pajama Day.
Liv STILL loves me!
MahLee had her 19th birthday this month!
Story Hour and Veterans Day fun!
Tay got to clog (her first public performance) at the Festival of Trees; Jeep was also the MC.
Trex getting some awards...

They're the cutest cousins!
I got to attend a great English Teaching Conference with my fellow English Teacher, Mrs. Jones.
Our Cub Scout, Trex, helped present the flag at the Veterans Program at the cemetery.
Sisters Picture at IHop!
This is probably the best picture of Akaydeh and me.
School history was made this month.  Our boys football team took state for the second time ever.  Combined with XC and a 4th place volleyball State finish, we had the most successful fall sports season at MHS.
As usual, the annual Primary Program brought tears to my eyes.  The kids each had their parts memorized, and Kinley (and the youth) helped with the last song.  It was beautiful!
We finally got to take the kids to the Temple Open House.  It was wonderful to see their eyes light up in each room. They had multiple questions, and I know they felt the Spirit.
It was a busy, windy day.  I sure love these humans, and I'm glad I get eternity with them.
Trex's pack meeting for November was success.
He's adorable!

Tay's first basketball game! Jeep coach/reffed.
At the preview watching Akaydeh and Kinley.
I love my mamma!

I love Kait and Dad too!
Fall Athletic Banquet with these beauties!
Kinley received "Most Valuable Runner" (along with Akaydeh and Taylor, who were all in the top five!)
THANKSGIVING TIME-the Josh Spauldings joined us.  Amber and MahLee are only two months apart in age.
My two biggest helpers with the place-setting turkeys.
I am thankful for him!
Our fun crowd eating in our basement!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
We took the kids bowling before heading back to school.
